Sincerity – to be true to yourself and others. Confucius said: “Sincerity is the highest mark of a man” When you speak the truth and you are honest with yourself and others you will definitely attract good people to you.

Understanding – to be successful you must understand the laws of success and Napoleon Hill, the famous author of the classic book on success: “Think and Grow Rich” had also written a thick book titled: “The Laws of Success.”

There are many universal laws and you can conduct a two-day seminar on them! But here I just want to touch on one very important law which is Right Actions Will Give You Right Results. This law is linked to the Law of Cause and Effect, what you sow you shall reap. It is very important to learn what are the right things to do to get the right results you want.

Care – you must care enough to share and share enough to care. You can call it love, compassion or having a heart to feel for others. To be successful in life, people must feel that you are a person who cares about their well-being, you have their interest at heart and will not hurt them.

People who are successful in the mlm/network marketing industry always say that they are in the “caring and sharing” business. There is a wonderful saying: “People don’t care how much you know but they will know how much you care.”

Co-operate – to achieve success in life or business you must co-operate. With other people, be a team player an work on a win-win basis. TEAM stands for Together Everyone Achieves More. We live in an interdependent world and to get from point A to point B you will need the co-operation and service of other people.

Enthusiasm – you must be excited and enthusiastic about what you do. “Love what you do and the money will follow you.” You must believe in what you do and be enthusiastic about it because people do not hear what you say, they will hear what you feel.

Service – you must give value and provide good service to people. Customers appreciate good service and they will come back to you again and again if you can provide good service to them.

Solution – all successful people provide a product or service that offers a solution to people’s wants and needs. For example if you are rushing to a meeting and got no time for lunch, you will order fast food from a fast-food restaurant which is basically providing you a solution to people just like you who don’t have time for a regular lunch!
